Los expertos repasaron algunos casos de \u00e9xito en las principales ciudades del mundo, donde la reconversi\u00f3n de sus cascos supuso un impacto positivo a nivel tur\u00edstico, financiero, sociocultural y medioambiental.<\/span><p style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 13.3333px; white-space-collapse: collapse;\">Valent\u00edn Bueno, CEO de Distrito El Globo, remarc\u00f3 las principales caracter\u00edsticas de este polo de negocios que estar\u00e1 atravesado plenamente por el arte y la tecnolog\u00eda: \u201cEn este lugar habr\u00e1 cientos de ejecutivos y emprendedores desarrollando sus compa\u00f1\u00edas, buscando proyectarse hacia el mundo y obteniendo fuentes de financiamiento en un entorno dise\u00f1ado para que las cosas sucedan\u201d.El economista Ignacio Munyo, director ejecutivo de CERES (Centro de Estudios de Realidad Econ\u00f3mica Social), inici\u00f3 su oratoria hablando de la importancia de invertir en los bienes patrimoniales de la ciudad, considerando que en los \u00faltimos cinco a\u00f1os m\u00e1s de la mitad de los uruguayos disfruta del valor patrimonial del pa\u00eds. Tambi\u00e9n destac\u00f3 que, anualmente, llegan unos 300.000 turistas en cruceros para recorrer una Ciudad Vieja que hoy \u201cno est\u00e1 a la altura de lo que merecemos\u201d.A su vez destac\u00f3 la importancia de la seguridad como un factor necesario para fomentar la inversi\u00f3n. \u201cEste tipo de proyectos como Distrito El Globo son tremendamente importantes por los puestos de trabajo que generan y el rendimiento asociado a ello, pero deben ir acompa\u00f1ados por pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas que los apoyen\u201d, expres\u00f3.Por su parte, los arquitectos Gabriela Pallares y Arturo de los Santos afirmaron que la tendencia en revitalizaci\u00f3n urbana invita a la conservaci\u00f3n del patrimonio, la apuesta a edificios de usos m\u00faltiples y la atracci\u00f3n de talentos. \u201cNo se trata solamente de recuperar edificios, sino de dotarlos de vida. Tenemos que demostrar que en Montevideo se puede de la mano de gente que se pone al hombro, con visi\u00f3n a largo plazo, la recuperaci\u00f3n de este tipo de sectores\u201d, coment\u00f3 Pallares.En representaci\u00f3n del Estudio G\u00f3mez Platero, Arturo de los Santos present\u00f3 el dise\u00f1o de un impactante masterplan y algunas particularidades del proyecto. Entre los highlights de la propuesta se incluye la refacci\u00f3n de seis casas con el antiguo exhotel El Globo como epicentro.Siguiendo la tendencia de usos mixtos, este edificio tendr\u00e1 un restaurante, espacios de trabajo, hotel, \u00e1reas para eventos culturales y hasta un observatorio en la azotea. \u201cEn v\u00edsperas de cumplir los 300 a\u00f1os de Montevideo, siento que tenemos una gran responsabilidad cultural en esta acci\u00f3n. Nosotros somos nuestras ciudades: si nos damos el gusto de recuperar significa que tenemos la capacidad de proyectarnos\u201d.Para culminar el encuentro, Mariana L\u00f3pez Rey, de Estudio Conway and Partners, y Marco Fern\u00e1ndez, director de TDT Global, detallaron aspectos del interiorismo, la curadur\u00eda de arte que va a estar presente en todos espacios y c\u00f3mo van a interactuar los distintos usuarios en todos los ambientes del distrito. La plataforma de gesti\u00f3n 100% smart no solo dar\u00e1 acceso a todas las amenities, sino que adem\u00e1s tendr\u00e1 la particularidad de \u201caprender\u201d sobre las preferencias de usuario y brindar recomendaciones adecuadas.
